While doing the program Slim in 6 I lost 30 pounds but the whole time I was exercising I was fighting extreme fatigue. It has taken me over a year to figure out that I have a growth hormone deficiency and will have to take growth hormone replacement. I hope by figuring this out I can get back on track again and lose about 50-75 pounds and get toner, leaner, and stronger. I am now doing Turbo Jam

I had gained a lot of wait after high school and finally in January 2008 after running the Walt Disney Marathon and losing 6 pounds on vacation (which never happens) I had made the decision to change my life. I had saw the informerical for Slim in 6 on t.v. and decided to give it a try. I got up every morning at 4:00 am and pushed play everyday and ate much healthier than I had been. With the help of my healthy diet and Debbie Siebers in Slim in 6, I lost 30 pounds.
