I am 41 years old and a mom of two boys. I've never been skinny, but I have
always been strong, until now. I am a skier and the other day I fell on the
flats with my son and couldn't stand back up. What a wake up call. One of
my challenges is my knees. They don't hurt, unless I'm active; therefore I
