Transformation Story

The most I've ever weighted was 273 lbs. During the past 9 years I have lost
73 lbs. and had kept most of it off. In the past year my weight increased by
25 lbs even though I exercised at More...
The most I've ever weighted was 273 lbs. During the past 9 years I have lost
73 lbs. and had kept most of it off. In the past year my weight increased by
25 lbs even though I exercised at least 3 times a week doing Tae Kwon Do,
aerobics, and some weight lifting. I've tried other diet and exercise plans and
they didn't seem to do anything for me. I couldn't get motivated enough, nor
could I see much change. I needed something that would push me. One
Saturday morning sitting in front of the TV, I saw an infomercial for P90X. It
took me some thinking and talking to other people before I sent for it, but I'm
glad I did. So far I've been very happy with the program, and the results I've
been seeing. It may not have been much, but the first nine days I lost 5 lbs,
5/8ths of an inch off my waist, and was down by 1% body fat. I finally logged
into the Team Beachbody web site and found more fitness information to
help reach my goals. I also found workout buddies and good friends to help
keep me motivated. Day 30 was a complete success my weight was down to
216 lbs, my Body fat had gone from 32% to 20%. I had gotten quite a bit
stronger, and was able to complete most of the exercises with the exception
of Ab ripper X, and some of the Yoga moves. On day 60 my weight had
stayed the same but my body fat had gone down to 19%. I was eating much
cleaner, my calories were up, and I was continuing to make progress. Day 90,
my weight was down to 210 lbs. My body fat percentage was down at 18%.
I’ve started round 2 of P90X and will continue to move forward toward my
goals. Seeing my transformation, using the message boards, sending invites
to new/old buddies are all part of my motivation. I continue to add new goals
and strive to reach them. I want to be one of the 100,000s of other people
who MADE IT!
