I just started the P90X workout program in the middle of January. I have had huge gains and weight loss over the last couple of months. However, my workout program has changed because of a Achilles rupture I had playing basketball two weeks after I started the program. I can only swim and ride a bike for cardio. I will keep you updated to my success with Team Beachbody over the next few months. Make it a GREAT DAY!!!
