Transformation Story

I didn’t realize until college the importance of health and fitness. (you don’t
want me to go into details except to know that I was lazy and had terrible
eating habits. I loved sodas). At More...
I didn’t realize until college the importance of health and fitness. (you don’t
want me to go into details except to know that I was lazy and had terrible
eating habits. I loved sodas). At that time, I began my journey into a lifestyle
that worked for me. I was involved in aerobics, and did the health club thing
but over time got tired of having to work around their class schedule, and
having to drive somewhere to workout. P90X and the other fitness programs
can be done on your time. Staying fit and healthy became harder when I
became a mom at 30 and had to juggle mom, work, wife, house and so forth.
I found myself not being consistent(excuses)or not working out at all.

For a period of 10 years, I was what you considered your occasional exerciser
(when my clothes got too tight). My family and I moved to Albuquerque in
2000, and our lives dramatically changed. My daughter was now 10 and very
active. She became involved in track and cross country on a city club
team.(there is a reason I talk alot about my daughter here. Without her, I
wouldn't be where I am today). We all need consistent encouragement especially
when the "going gets rough." It became easier to consistently exercise
because I walked/jogged while she was practicing three times a week. I
started feeling good and realized I looked forward to my exercise days (there
were other moms to workout with). Again, support!! How could I not be a part of
this?(there were no excuses for me at this point). Let TeamBeachbody be your
support.
This was when I decided to DECIDE COMMIT SUCCEED. (Believe me, it was not
easy for me). For me, exercising and eating healthy has transformed me into a
person I thought I could never be. TBB is
the program for me to enhance my training and to help me reach my new
goals. I know it will bring me amazing results. Come with me on this amazing
adventure. NO EXCUSES! There is something for everyone..
