I started with Wowy in December 2004 at 203 pounds I went down to 168 losing a total of 35 pounds, but I was on a rollercoaster I went up and down until I got right back up to 220, alot of family turmoil caused me to loose my focus, I realized I had to put blinders on and focus straight ahead not looking at the sidelines so to speak. Taking care of others can cause you to put "You" on the back
