Since May of last year(2008) my world has twirled. I was married, lonely, tired and depressed. Finding out some extremely bad news, I decided it was time to let that life go and start fresh. I wasn't sure what I was going to do but I knew that I must get my health back first or I would not be able to function. I decided that it was time for some fasting and praying. Over the last year I have lost my marriage and my home. I am thankful that I have my daughter and my health. The Lord has given me a wonderful friend that has been such a help giving me and my daughter a place to live and a chance to get in shape and work at my BeachBody business.
To date I have lost about 45 Lbs. I have been swimming, walking and working out with Turbo Jam. I have realized that no matter what, if you realy want to accompish something you can find a way.
