I began working with Team Beachbody in May 2007. I mainly focused on the
business aspect of the company, and overlooked the need to focus on my
own health and fitness. I realize that being in better shape will allow me to
live longer, but it will also improve the way I help others and it will also help
me as a business member of this fine company.

I started with the P90X program, which has proven to be one very intense and wonderful program. Due to the inability to dedicate 60-90 minutes per workout, I went to Tony's original program, the Power 90. I have to admit that the results do come very quickly, but maintaining the routine is one of the hardest personal challenges for me.
