And yes, that's the one and only amazing BeachBody trainer, Chalene Johnson in my profile picture. I am extremely fortunate to be her personal makeup artist and you may have seen my work in the Turbo Jam infomercial and Hi! My name is Tiffany, aka CoachGlitter. In addition to makeup artistry my other passion in life is working out. That's actually how I met Chalene by literally stumbling into one of her classes 3 1/2 years ago. It must have been fate because she has transformed my life in so many positive ways both inside and out. I finally found an instructor that I totally "clicked" with who inspires and motivates me. With Chalene's help I went from a couch potato sloth to someone who schedules and prioritizes my workouts each and every week no matter what! Thanks to all the BeachBody videos I can do all my favorite workouts in my living room or in my hotel when i'm travelling for work or vacation. There's no excuse why you can't workout anywhere at any time!
My personal faves are Turbo Jam and ChaLean Extreme. I'm a bit of a fanatic when it comes to these workouts. Okay, I'm rediculously in love with them! I was also lucky enough to be one of the participants in the test group for Chalean Extreme and now i'm continuing to do the workouts at home along with Turbo Jam for cardio. I love working out with Chalene!!
