Hi, I'm Jan. Along with my husband Mike, I'm on a road to a better me. I love the idea of being in the best shape of my life at the age of 44 and on!
We started P90 in June 2008 and are going strong. I plan on going through P90 through the Masters Series. I eventually want to give P90X a try, but I may throw the Slim Series in there at some point. We also got Rockin' Body in the hopes that it will keep our boys interested more than P90 is at this point. I plan on working through that one, too, at some point. Love what I've seen of it so far!
A little bit about me, I love to do many things, most of which involve just sitting. I design digital scrapbooking products, so I work from home with my laptop on my recliner. I also love to read and cross-stitch. We recently got a tandem Hobie-Mirage kayak and I love to go out with my husband. We also love to bike together and have a great bike path nearby.
I hope through the combination of consistent exercise and clean-eating to finally get into shape and stay in shape. This is a serious life-style change that I'm doing for me. I hope to also set a good example for our sons so they will grow up with healthy attitudes about eating and exercise.
I'm looking forward to the ride!

It's been almost a year since I started my fitness journey. While I have had my ups and downs, I am very pleased with my results. I started as a size 12. I am now at a size 4, and still have more to go. I am 45 years old and I've never been a size 4. I laugh every time I get dressed now!
