We started P90 in June 2008 and are going strong. I plan on going through
P90 through the Masters Series. I eventually want to give P90X a try, but I may

It's been almost a year since I started my fitness journey. While I have had my ups and downs, I am very pleased with my results. I started as a size 12. I am now at a size 4, and still have more to go. I am 45 years old and I've never been a size 4. I laugh every time I get dressed now!
