I am a hairstylist in Wisconsin and I have been working with a trainer, who also happens to be my coach (ProfTrainer), for the last two years. He has taught me what kind of attitude it takes to get to my goals and I have also applied them in all aspects of my life. I have had tremendous results and I am now ready to pass that same education on to someone else. As I stated above, I have been working with a professional for the last 2 years and have learned the strategies involved in getting to my health and fitness goals. I learned how to challenge myself with my workouts and how important nutrition is to, not only getting to my goals, but staying there as well. I am still on my journey to optimal health and still applying those strategies. I plan to get there the rest of the way with my trainer/coach and Million Dollar Body.
