gain over the last 16 years. I am an elementary school principal and with a

4 rounds of P90X completed and coming to the end of 60 days of Insanity! I have been working out consistently now for over 500 days! I have never stuck with anything this long. I have truly changed my diet and fitness habits, all because of Beachbody! I continue to get stronger and see more definition. Still working on leaning out and lowering my body fat percentage. In the past 17 momths, I have lost 43 lbs and 20 inches all over.
