I am a former long distance runner who ran at the collegiate level. After an ongoing struggle with knee pain I was forced to quit running and got away from fitness altogether. I continued my somewhat poor eating habits over the past few years, and while I have not gained a lot of weight, I'm no where near the fitness level I want to be. I just turned 25 and have decided to rededicate my life to fitness and learn better nutrition habits. I just started P90X and am excited about all that it and Beachbody has to offer! I look forward to helping others realize their goals and achieve better health and fitness with Beachbody!
