Hello everyone, I am a weights and conditioning teacher as well as a coach at a local high school. I earned a bachelors degree in exercise science and physical education. I am currently working on a masters degree in the similar area of pedagogy at UNLV. When I heard about this company, I thought what a great way to help people achieve their personal fitness goals.

I have to be honest with you, I have always been in fairly good shape. I have always loved sports from the time I was a small child. This love for sports continued through my teen years but while training as a teen I gained a new passion; working out. I could see and feel the difference in my body as I pushed it to new heights to try and increase my perfomance on the field.

While my days as an athlete are over I have formed the habit of working out. I see the importance of this habit everyday as I help high school students go through their personal transformations. The key is to get moving, so lets go for a jog, hit the weight room, or push play and get that heart rate up, you'll never regret it. LETS GO!!!
