myself average, not overweight, but not at the lowest weight either. It wasn't
until I hit 30, my Dad passed away at 56 years old, It really hurt me Bad,then
I started to see the weight come on. It wasn't because I was eating alot, in
fact I was eating alot less, so I'm sure Stress had alot to do with it.
