My name is Clay Armstrong, and I've been into health and
fitness for about the last five years. I discovered
P90X and am Bringing It daily. As a
new coach my goals are to get into better shape than I’ve
ever been in before, make new friends, and help others along
the way. Team Beachbody is the
only place I have found that I can do all these things and
