I have always been kinda big... I remember my mom use to make this HUGE hamburger for my snack at school and I use to eat the entire thing, then when I got home I use to sometimes eat 2 plates of food just because i liked it so much. Soon enough I was a 165 lbs.@ 15 yrs old. I have always been in my ups and down around 160-175 lbs. When I moved from Puerto Rico to CT my life style changed

When i decided to Start exercising I was frustrated because everyone (I mean EVERYONE) was asking me if I was pregnant again (I was just fat at 242 lbs). So i was thinking about having a surgical More...
When i decided to Start exercising I was frustrated because everyone (I mean EVERYONE) was asking me if I was pregnant again (I was just fat at 242 lbs). So i was thinking about having a surgical procedure called Lap-Band done. But then I would have to eat about 4oz. of food at a time and no more than that for the rest of my life, and I Still had to exercise so i decided to go ahead and start the exercise part.
In Jan. 19th 2008 I started my 20 min Turbo Jam videos and the Abs Jam. the first few days I was so stiff I couldn't walk up the stairs but i kept going, I kept coming to the bulleting boards looking for inspiration and I seen all this people that had lost 40,50,60 pounds in 5 to 6 months so i said to myself "I can do it too"
Now in february 2009, 6 months after having the Realize band on my stomach, I have lost 44 lbs. but in the past few months i noticed my weight lost had stopped, so i talked to my doctor and he recommended to exercise, so I got my DVD's out of the closet and started to Push Play again.
