Here I am again trying to lose weight, at least this time I have an excuse! I recently had a beautiful baby girl and with that I have put on some excess weight! Now that I am not as sleep deprived I am starting to do workouts other than walking. Yesterday was the first day that I was able to actually do Turbo Jam and it felt great! I look my time a bit because I didn't want to hurt myself! I Here I am again trying to lose weight, at least this time I have an excuse! Yesterday was the first day that I was able to actually do Turbo Jam and it felt great! I look my time a bit because I didn't want to hurt myself! I work in recreation in a nursing home/rehab facility and my hobbies are gardening and walking. I hope to catch up with some buddies and get moving again to lose some weight! There is a lot of work ahead for me, the hardest part is eating right again after eating anything during my pregnancy!

4/3/07 I have tried countless time to lose weight and keep it off, and have had trouble staying where I want to. I have owned P90 for at least 4 years now and have always gone back to it for some reason. If I get to the final mindset of keeping the weight off for more than 6 months it will be a miracle. Last summer I was at my lowest weight in as long as I can remember, 152. I am now at 169 and want to get back to that healthy weight. I am hoping to meet people on MDB that will motivate me to keep working hard and then to stick to it. We will see what happens now won't we? 4/12/07 I just got my Turbo Jam DVDs last week and I love it!! It is a welcome change but I still will be doing P90 as well. My coworkers and I have been doing out own step class each week with bars and weights and it keeps my routine from getting boring. I would like to wear a bikini this summer and feel comfortable!
