I'm 46 years old and live in Arizona. I've been an on again off again exerciser and dieter. I love to exercise and I use the Slim in 6 program. I also love to eat. That's my biggest challenge. Staying within a calorie limit that I set.

I've always been fit but after I hit my 40's, I started to gain weight. And, it's become increasingly difficult to take it off.
