I am slowly building back my shoulder. I am doing the P90X and working on on my pull ups. I can do about 12. I love this program. It works me.

I have been a runner for years, since '78. Started running only 1/4 mile. Kept at it till I could run for 2 hours and finally ran a marathon. In fact I have run 3 marathons. Over the past five years, after turning 50, I felt running was not enough. Or I could not run enough to keep the pounds off. I read "Fit for Life" and "Cardio Free Diet". So I started weight training. This was good but I suffered a shoulder injury almost 2 years ago. Up goes the weight. My wife kept wanting me to try P90X. Finally I gave in. I love it. I think this is what I needed. It has all the items needed: cardio, weights stretching.
