In my first round of P90X, I was on the road constantly and eating right was a real chore. Even though I didn't stick to the diet all that well, I still had great results!
Update - 7/1/08 - After my first round of P90X (which I now refer to as my "warm up round") I hurt my back and had to stop for about a month. Well, I fell off the wagon and started eating really bad stuff, and negated some off the gains I had made in my first round. I then realized what I was doing to myself and started Round 2 with a vengeance and am seeing some amazing results! Im about half way through and loving it more and more as time goes by!
When I started, I weighed 275 and was constantly tired. I was the epitome of "couch potato". I now weigh in at just over 230 and have a ton of energy! People are noticing and I get flattering comments all the time from people who wonder what the heck Im doing. Do you know what a GREAT feeling that is???? I have really passed a turning point in my life. Hence, the "version2" part of my name.
P90X is one of the best things to happen to me in a long time! Thank you Beachbody and thank you Tony Horton!
