I have been retired for 6 years now and I want to get fit so I can enjoy my retirement and my grandchildren more. On January 1, 2009 I started to take steps to lose weight. By April of 2009 I had lost 20 pounds but hit a plateau. My son and his wife were doing P90X and they help my wife and I get started on Kathy Smith Project You; Type 2 and Shakeology. I have lost 35 more pounds since then.
