I am a daughter of Christ first, a wife to a wonderful husband (my coach Dan) who works out with me and supports me in everything I do and a mother of 2 beautiful children Gabriel and Amanda! I have a full time job as a software engineering manager, but am able to work at home, which is a blessing. I praise God everyday for the opportunity to better myself both physically and spiritually.

So far I have lost 35 lbs and dropped from a size 18 to a size 10! I did this with a combination of Turbo Jam classes and videos as well as ChaLean Extreme strength training and regular trips to the gym. The key for me was working out 4-5 times per week as well as a diet that consisted of eating 200-300 calories every 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
