I have worked out for years without much results. I was tired of the dieting, working out and no results. Three years ago on a Sunday before church I caught turbo jam being advertised. I ordered it and I loved it from the beginning. I didn't really do well with the diet but kept working out 5 days a week sometimes 6. That was a lot more than what I used to work out. In about a year I had lost 15 pounds. I went from 145 to 130. I had also lost inches and everyone was telling me how I looked slimmer. That was totally awesome. I have gone from a size 12 to a size 4 or 6 depending on the style. I never imagined I would wear that size. My co-workers keep asking me how I can be so committed. Easy when you see results. I feel so good when people tell me that I don't look 48.

My goal is to reach 120 pounds and lose some more inches and hopefully lose my belly that I seem to have. I have seen it get smaller but I still have a ways to go.

My long term goal is to change my lifestyle to a healthy one. To change my eating habits where eating clean is just part of my life. To be able to keep working out and keep up with my nieces and nephews.

My short term goal is look good in a bathing suit this summer. I have bought a house with a pool and want to have friends come over and not be emarrased by how I look.
