In March of this year I turned 30 and I decided to recommit my self to being physically fit. I am single, a christian and an accountant by occupation. For fun, I read, knit, sew, and listen to music. I am really looking forward to challenging myself again. I used to run track, cross country and ballet and I was in awesome shape.

I started up in March for a few months with my old Firm workouts to help get me prepared for P90x. It was going well and then I had some personal problems that started and I had to stop for a few More...
I started up in March for a few months with my old Firm workouts to help get me prepared for P90x. It was going well and then I had some personal problems that started and I had to stop for a few months. So here I am again starting over with my fist round of P90x. I am determined to do this well this time and not let anything deter me. So I contacted my coach and he gave a good pep talk and here we are on November 30,2007 starting my first workout again.
