Hi, 37 y/o male in the USAF. I've been working out regularly for last 8 years but have hit that plateau in my work out plan. I've been looking to shake up my routine and after talking to a workmate he suggested I check out the program. I've really liked what I've seen so far and looking forward to starting the program.
