After serious abdominal surgery, I was not able to workout for several months. I began weight training to recover strength and although I became stronger, I was still a thin 120 pounds. Through good nutrition and consistent cardio and weight training, I am now a very muscular 146 lbs. I have learned much about the human body, nutrition, exercise, rest and recovery.
