I am a 49 year old Doctor with 3 kids. I have been active all my life with a love for fitness but it has mainly been hiking in the woods and looking for some new shortcut to fitness. I know there is not one but that has not stopped me from trying to find one. I know that my biggest challenge is my diet. I do not mind the exercise but lately I have started to feel old. I feel stiff in the AM

I have been doing the Program for 12 days now and I have not missed a day. I have went on you tube to watch other success stories to stay motivated. I have done at least 2 things a day usually Yoga More...
I have been doing the Program for 12 days now and I have not missed a day. I have went on you tube to watch other success stories to stay motivated. I have done at least 2 things a day usually Yoga or stretch with either a hike or some other aerobics for 30 mins or more. I have so far lost 4 lbs and gained some muscle.
