Transformation Story

Last year I lost about 35 pounds using P90, then moved and fell off the
wagon. Gained much of it back, but have started again and this time I have
mapped out a plan to complete P90, then More...
Last year I lost about 35 pounds using P90, then moved and fell off the
wagon. Gained much of it back, but have started again and this time I have
mapped out a plan to complete P90, then 60 days with PHH, following up
with P90X or the new master series. I love Tony's products and even though I
have purchased the S6 and Slim Series (my wife likes them), I find that I like
the muscle building portion of Tony's products better.
The key is consistancy. Eat well, workout daily, even when you don't feel like
it. Good luck all!

Started P90X in September 3. So far, it is going great!! Can't wait to see where
this takes me over the next 90 days!!

Update on November 22, 2007 - The end is near for the first round of P90X
and IT HAS BEEN WONDERFUL. I am not only continuing to lose weight, but
gaining strength and muscle definition. Can't wait to start the second round
and add doubles!!

Started my second round of P90X on December 10. This time I am doing a
light double - walking in the morning, P90X in the evening. I LOVE THIS
WORKOUT!! Look at my results, almost 50 pounds GONE!! I can't believe what
this program is doing for me. I can't wait to see what results this round brings
for me!!

I am now down over 67 pounds and just starting my fourth round of the X!!
There is no doubt that you if really want to get healthy, Beachbody will help
you get there. AND I WILL HELP YOU GET THERE!! Stay in the game, work hard
and you can do anything!!
