I am 47 years old, soon to be 48 and and after 23 years in the military I have a number of injuries to deal with when it comes to working out. These injuries have altered the way I perform in various aspects of my life but I have always thought if I could find a way of strengthening my core and joints I could do more physical activities, P90X was the solution! I have five children including a seven year old and I am expecting my first grandson; my wife wants to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary so I have to be around for quite some time yet. While performing the P90X program, my blood pressure has dropped, my cholesterol is below 200 for the first time in a long time, my body fat % is very low, and my fat free muscle mass is greater than it has ever been. With results like that I am on the road to meeting all the life goals I have with my wife and children. Next P90X plus...bring it!

I wanted to be in good shape for a variety of reasons but the primary reason was to be with my family as long as possible. The men in my family tend to die in their early 60s and I intend on breaking that trend. I became a runner because I could perform around my injuries but I was not satified with that so I looked for other things and found P90X. My friend and I agreed we would start after the first of the year and WOW, I could not have been more thrilled with the results. I am stronger, more flexible, and have great endurance. I have transformed my body into what I have longed for over the years. I am now looking at doing the Plus portion of the P90X program. I have had such noticable results several of my friends have started the program as well...and the wife certainly has not complained about the changes!
