I have three children, the youngest of whom just left for college!! This has hit me more than I expected. I also have 2 stepdaughters, and a beautiful grandson! My husband and I love to golf, and I want to be fit so we can travel and play around the world. In the past, I was heavier and unhappy with the feeling of being sluggish and soft. I started working out regularly about 10 years ago and have never looked back. My current goal is to reach my high school weight, which means I have 10 lbs to lose. But regardless of the number on the scale, I am thrilled with the excitement of the Beachbody community, and the products and supplements I'm just starting to incorporate into my life. It's given me renewed enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle!
