After high school, I went right into an intense program in college which took up all of my time. There went trying to get back into shape. Bartending didn't help either. The lifestyle of a bartender doesn't leave much room for getting up early in the morning to go for a run. All the drinking didn't help either.
Now, I'm 22 years old and I don't want to be the bartender anymore. I want to feel awake in the morning, alive all day long. Beachbody has helped me do it before (I tried Yoga Booty Ballet, but it was just too slow paced for me), and now with Hip Hop Abs, I'm right back on track! Every morning I look forward to waking up and working out now. Thanks Beachbody for coming up with a workout that I actually love doing!
