My name is Julie, I am married to my Kory and we have 3 boys that range in age from 10 to 2 so needless to say we have a crazy household. The boys are active in everything possible. My goal is to make sure I get into the best shape possible so I can enjoy my husband and children for a very long time and participate in everything that they do. I don’t want my weight to be a reason I can’t enjoy time with them.
My Coach, Kim Barnett has helped me to achieve the maximum results that I have and can’t wait to share this joy with others. It truly is life changing. She has lost a lot of weight and won the 10,000 dollar prize first and then continued on to win the Grand Prize of $250,000. She is a great inspiration to all of us.

November 2007....We are making progress. I am seeing things come together now. I am currently doing Turbo Jam in the AM and running or walking everynight approx. 2.5-3.0 miles. With the help from More...
November 2007....We are making progress. I am seeing things come together now. I am currently doing Turbo Jam in the AM and running or walking everynight approx. 2.5-3.0 miles. With the help from my awesome teammates and friends that I have meet through beachbody has given me the success that I need to achieve my goals. Currently I am training to run a 5K in hopes to run a 1/2 marathon at some point. Best wishes to everyone and make sure you get a strong support team so you can rock it also. 9/30/2008-Progress has been seen everywhere. I started P90 in August and as of September 11 I have made it through my first 30 days and WOW is all I have to say. Definition is starting to come and I am amazed at my transformation. I have been able to achieve a weight and maintain this weight now for a lil while and I know I haven't been at this weight since High School which was twelve years ago. At this time I am still walking/running 3 mi a day in the morning and in the evening conquering P90. I am so lookin forward to my next 30 days to see what changes I will see next. October 12, 2008 Changes are happening. I am happy to say that I have officially lost 29 pds, and an accumulation of 19.5 inches. As of the end of November things are staying in tack. I have let my gaurd down a lil but this month will be rockin!! 1/18/2009 Today is the day I became a BB Coach because I have seen and experience such great things I want you to have them also. 2/14/2009 I am two days short of my first 30 days of Chaleane Extreme and I would like to say that I have lost 4 pds and 5.5 in.
