Began last year when the scale screamed over 200# for the first time EVER in my life. Due to exercise induced asthma, I had to find something manageable. Enter cycling. Bought a new bike and by Memorial Day this year, did a 2-day 130 mile charity ride for childrens cancer. Down 22# and almost 30" total. Now, I've plateaud. What to do? what to do? P90X here I come!
