Hello Everybody! My name is Leslie. I'm 49 years old and work full time as

I'm starting to see a change! The weight hasn't changed much but I'm not
really worried about lbs. I count inches! I've noticed that since changing my
program from the "lean" in phase 1 to More...
I'm starting to see a change! The weight hasn't changed much but I'm not
really worried about lbs. I count inches! I've noticed that since changing my
program from the "lean" in phase 1 to the "classic" in phase 2 that it's making
a difference. So I'll continue with that program until day 90 then reassess.
This is hard work but it's exciting to have more energy and to be stronger! I'll
provide the changes at day 90.....stayed tuned!
