I’ve been involved with fitness as a consumer, certified personal trainer and business strategist for over 30 years.

Having a family history of heart disease, diabetes and cancer I have always been consious of my health. I used to workout like a mad man and was at 10% bodyfat in 1999 until I did a contract job at a desk with an hour or commute each way. To say the least my game started to go down. Now almost 10 years later I am back on my game thaks to Beachbody and am getting that step back in my walk.
Thirty days into P90X I've had awesome results. I've lost 12 lbs in weight and 3% body fat as well as 2 inches off my waist. My blood pressusre is down to 116/78, it was 135/90. I was taking Advil PM and Benadryl to sleep and stopped taking the Advil PM. My clothes are feeling looser and I have more energy/strength/stamina. All I can say is BRING IT!
