I am 59, married to a wonderful man, have 5 terrific children, and 4 perfect
grandchildren. From 1990-2003, I taught Jazzercise in Morristown, NJ. I live
in Vernon, NJ, and work as a paralegal for divorce law firm. I have strong
spiritual values, a follower of Jesus Christ. My passion is teaching Sunday

Transformation Story

I was always very active and taught Jazzercise for more than 13 years. I am
5’10” and my average weight was 150-155 pounds. In 2000, I went through

I was always very active and taught Jazzercise for more than 13 years. I am
5’10” and my average weight was 150-155 pounds. In 2000, I went through
menopause, and without any change in my lifestyle, began to gain weight,
and suddenly no longer had a waist. Prior to that, I could eat whatever I
wanted and never gained any weight. I stopped teaching Jazzercise in 2002.
From 2002 to 2007 I went from 155 to 190 and was told I had high
cholesterol and would have to go on meds to control it. I was unable to work
up any enthusiasm for exercise after Jazzercise, and due to the weight gain
and drop in exercixe, had difficulty moving as I once had, and was plagued by
aches and pains. I saw the infomercial for Hip Hop Abs, and decided to try it.
I loved it and the weight started to come off. With the help of Sean T's Six Day
Slim Down Plan and other nutritional information included in the package, I
realized that I have to change what I eat and when. It's all about diet and
exercise.

Between August 07 and October 15, when I diligently followed BOTH the
Beachbody diet and HHA exercise program, I lost 15 pounds.

Sept-Dec 07 - Unfortunately, I did not continue to follow either programs
regularly because of some foot pain I was having. I "slacked off", and
regained
8 pounds of the original 15 lost. Holidays were a disaster.

Jan 08. I faithfully followed Hip Hop Abs Level 1, every day (Rest on Sunday).
Used the 6 Day Slim Down the first week, and I followed the Basic Slim Down
eating plan the rest of the month. Result- Lost 7 of the 8 pounds I regained.

Feb. 08. I strictly followed 1400 cal eating program and Level 2 HHA. Lost 3
pounds. (18 total)

March 08. Did 2-Day Fast and Slim in 6. I had a 2 week period where I
slacked off for emotional reasons, Lost 1 more pounds (19 total). The fast is
excellent. I will do that again.

April 08. Did 2 more weeks of Slim in 6, found it boring, so switched to
Rockin Body. Love it. Reminds me of Jazzercise. Lost 2 pounds (21 total).

May 08. Doing great until I went to Jamaica and "slacked off again" after
pigging out on vacation. Ended the month up 3 pounds (Total lost to date 18
lbs.)

June 08. Got back on track in the 2nd week of June after a 3 week down
period after Jamaica. Ended month down two pounds (20 pounds total lost).

July 08. Doing Turbo Jam now, and seeing an increase in strength and cardio.
Discovered Tom Venuto's Burn Fat, Build Muscle E-booka and I think I have
finally found the nutritional guidance I have been missing. I am tracking
body fat weekly. Right now it is 28% Lost 2 pounds (Total lost 22 pounds.)

August 08 Followed Venuto's recommendations carefully, monitoring fat, and
adding more weight training. Lost 2 pounds (Total 24.)11 pounds away from
my goal.
