I am 57 years old. I am a mother of two grown children and have been
married to the same wonderful man for 37 years. We have four
grandchildren ranging in ages from 13 months to seven years old.
Needless to say we really need some extra energy to keep up
with them. I have exercised off and on most of my life. But P90 X has put a new excitement in my step. I get excited every morning

My brother was the person who introduced me to P90X. He told me it was a set of exercises that was very challenging and extreme. After we talked about it for about six months I took the plunge and purchased the DVD set. When I
first began I could not make it through any of the sets. That first week or two I thought I would never make it through a set much less 90 days. I could not do a push up or even do the squats. I was coming off a time in my life I had not been exercising much and certainly nothing to the extreme that Tony brings it.

Well, I am proud to say I have just finished the first 90 days. Things are not nearly as loose in the cage as they used to be. I can now do the push ups and make it through each DVD. Plus I have now added at least 30 minutes of
walking a day. I plan to begin another 90 days and add the P90+. I will let you know how things are at the end of the next 90 days.

I am now at almost a year of working out with P90X and P90X+. I am really excited about my results. I plan on going to ChaLean Extreme in mid January or early February.
