Three years ago, I lost 30 pounds from working out to tapes at home and eating sensibly. Now, I want to take things to the next level and have flat abs, a smaller rear end, and toned muscles all over. Since I joined Beachbody just 120 days ago, I have already lost 5 inches from my waist and 3 inches from my hips! These are the best programs I have ever used, and by far the most effective and enjoyable.
