I've been on my journey of health and nutrition for quite sometime. I was approached by my friend who told me about Million Dollar Body and I thought it would be a great opportunity to get in shape while at the same time earn some additional income by becoming a coach.
I've been a vegetarian for quite some time and last year I decided to go completely vegan. Completely vegan means that I no longer eat fish, dairy, and eggs. In August of this year I became a raw foodist, that means I don't cook my meals but sometimes dehydrate them. I have been doing raw for about 5 months and have lost 15 pounds and my energy level is tremendous. So to compliment my new lifestyle Million Dollar body came at the perfect time.
Now that I have loss some weight I'm going to focus on toning up. I was thinking about starting with P90X but after hearing that it was very challenging I've decided to go with P90 first.
