I'm a 47 year old working women, wife and mother of a 3 year old high-energy boy. Since my little guy was born I've not had the time to work out. I needed to find a program to get my body back in shape and to provide me with extra energy to make it through my very busy days.

I have a few good friends that have been engaged with this program - and have had tremendous results. In fact we are co-workers who do tradeshows together. I hide behind the displays and put her out in front - time to step out... okay in a few months.

I started with 10 Minute Trainer. The first day I could not get through 6 minutes of the total body work out. I can now do 3 programs continuously. Can't say there has been body changes, but I can breath -- wow huge difference. On to the next program... Today, Mother's Day 09, I started Power 90.
