I've lost about 95 lbs since the birth of my 3rd child in the summer of 2005. I exercise at least 6 days a week by running 3-5 miles and two weight training sessions. My calories are limited to 1200-1500 and I follow a high fiber, low-fat diet. My current weight hovers around 168 and my goal weight is 145.
