I have always been active and into sports. Up until about 5 years ago, I ran anywhere from 40 miles per week up to a high of 70-75 miles per week racing 5ks, half marathons and marathons. In 2003, I was in the

Day 62- While I have only lost a few lbs., I have lost some BF and toned up. The biggest improvements I've seen have been in flexibility, pull ups and push ups. This program definitely has an excellent formula behind it that works. The support from the forums is unbelievable! On November 2, 2008 I ran my first race representing the company I work for, and I was really surprised at how well I did considering I have only been running 6-8 miles per week. This was due to the bringing it with P90X.

Update December 25th, 2008- I'm now into the 2nd round of P90X+ and continue to make some marked improvements. The first and one of the most important is my cholesterol. In June of 2008, it was 227. My doctor forced me to go on a small dose of lipitor, 10mg even though I really didn't want to take any. I had it tested again December 10th after a little more than 3 months of eating clean and1st round of P90x and it was down to 107! I also have been able to increase my running mileage and plan on running 5k's at least 1x per month with a goal of running a sub 20 minute time in 2009. I can honestly say there is no way I would have been able to feel as good as I do now and start thinking about running again without P90X and other programs though BB! I have to thank you for that!
