Well...I'm ready to start Monday Feb,26th. Today I took my fitness test and went shopping. I think sticking to the diet will be the real test as I already workout. I'm going to bring it tho, I'm ready!

Tomorrow (March 31) I will have completed my 5th week and all I can say is "Wow!" It's been quite a ride. I definitly feel stronger and more fit. I am loving my results and look forward to my new look at the end of 90 days!

I finished up P90X in late May and was quite happy w/my results. I must say it was quite a ride. Tony really knows how to get the best out of me! I kept up my workouts just not to the extreme the "X" is and did lose some muscle definition. Right now I am trying the Slim Series, I will do this for 4 weeks, then it's back to round 2 of the "X".

Just finished round 2 of the Lean version of P90X it was a nice change. I did switch out CardioX for Plyo which never gets easier! I think I would have had much better results had I stuck to a better diet, yes I know they do go hand in hand.
I am now trying HHA and will watch my food intake. My goal is to get thru the holidays w/no weight gain!
