So there I was, back in 2004, although I've struggled with my weight since after high school, at my all time peak weight of 364lbs..(see before photo) I remember the day cause I went to More...
So there I was, back in 2004, although I've struggled with my weight since after high school, at my all time peak weight of 364lbs..(see before photo) I remember the day cause I went to see my brother in the hospital, he was having heart problems do to his weight as well. I remember seeing a scale outside his room and thinking I better see what this reads...364LBS!!! I was like that can't be right, I thought I was happy, I didn't think I was that big..ha!! Yeah right. So I figured I'd better do something. So I halfway got motivated, eating better a little exercise here and there..so fast forward to present...I lost 64 LBS on my own. A lot of people freaked out, but I wasn't happy. I mean it was 4 years, so it was a half hearted attempt. So now I decided to "get busy living or get busy dying", and thanks to some inspiration from my coach and my sister, I started Power 90. I've completed my first 90 days, and boy do I feel great! I can't wait to see where this ride takes me...GIDDY UP!!!!
