Okay, I am now 85 days into the program. I am starting to see results on the scale. Still a long way to where I want to be. I think the hardest thing for me is to forgive myself if I don't lose each day and to know that my body needs to adjust every once in awhile to the weight loss. As I read other bios and transformation stories, it inspires me to start each day fresh with a "can do "

As of today, I haven't seen any "outside" results, but there is a beginning of "transformation" happening on the inside. The Beach Body process is pushing me to look inside and make some tough decisions about the path my life has been taking. Hopefully soon, with diligent workouts, I will start to see "outside" transformations. As I grow from the inside, I hope to shrink from the outside!
