I serve in Costa Rica as a missionary along side my Dad, born and raised her
as a missionary kid. Now I'm 31 and tired of being fat, tired of being tould its
in my genes, tired of working and not holding up, tired of just being tired.
P90x look real and belive me it feels real!!. every thing in life is not
convenient and easy, thats the problem with are generation, with are culture.

I'm glad people are waking up to real things p90x and learning that, the
harder you work in anything without it being easy its going to be better for
you at the end. I know now I don't need aperateses to make me fit, I just
need to move.
