I've been a fitness instructor for 7 years, and until I started Chalene's Turbo workout, I felt unmotivated and uninspired to teach class in the way that I knew it should've been taught. Teaching classes was a great workout, but after so long, it became routine and boring. But my class loves, loves, loves Chalene's workouts and so do I because they are ever changing and always fun. It has helped me stay energized and willing to continue my fitness path to succession. Having 2 babies in 2 years takes a toll on your body, but I was bound and determined to never settle for the weight I was. Always fidgeting with my shirt to make the rolls less apparent, or pulling my jeans up over the mound of fat on my stomach, it was miserable! And let's not even talk about swimsuits. But now, I choose to eat better, because when I wake in the morning, I love seeing the new changes that my body made overnight. It's addicting, and has made me so much happier. I never knew just how grumpy I was all the time, until I stopped being grumpy, and just happy again. It was worth all the sweat and hard work and has made me a much better fitness professional, wife, and mother, because I took the time to take care of myself first for once. Which in turn, I found out, made my family happier also. If there's anything I could say to encourage you, I guess that it would be, never give up. Period. No if's, and's, or but's about it. Don't let yourself quit. YOu're worth the time it takes and you deserve it. It's okay to step away from the family for a little bit and work on you. Or to say no, I don't want to eat that, thanks anyway, at a family picnic. Not only is it okay, but it's contagious. Other people will be seeing the transformation in you, and realizing that they need to live a healthier lifestyle also. And with all the options that Beachbody offers, there's no more excuses. You've run out, and now it's time to do something about it. So go ahead, let's see just how much you lose. Because I know you can do it.
