Undergoing the time of my life, drastic changes that I have never went through and stress can take a toll on anyone. As I need something to take it of my mind, working out is the key, to feeling a whole lot better and rejuvienated!! I am proud to say I am 31 this year and having 3 children with 13 being my oldest and 2 being my youngest, I still can keep my attitude at this level. I am a determined young lady and I will do whatever it takes to get in top shape the way I was before I had my kids.
Set aside, I love to cook, sing and I love to spend time with the children. I also work fulltime and I currently attend school, so it being so busy with life I still have the time to do what it takes to work out and keep this attitude pumping. If I can you can too!

Since November 2007 I weighed in at 210 pounds. Today I currently weigh 175 or 178 to be exact. I have had such a ruff ride in life that sometimes my goals were very challenging to meet. I expect More...
Since November 2007 I weighed in at 210 pounds. Today I currently weigh 175 or 178 to be exact. I have had such a ruff ride in life that sometimes my goals were very challenging to meet. I expect to lose 15 more pounds by July 2009 rounding me off at 160. That would be perfet for me. At the same time that I try to lose this weight my way of losing it involves working out on cardio to burn the calories and weights to burn that fat and tone that muscle. I also run 3 times a week and I def watch what I eat for it has alot to do with my whole body overall. Today as you can see in my most recent picture that I had uploaded, my past and my present picture shows a tragic change in my face overall. Since 2 years ago I was 2 years younger and I am 2 years older today which means I should look older, but I DON'T... instead I look vibrant, happy and healthier as well as my face glowing!!!!
So here I come MDB, I'm back to get into top shape. I know you can too!
