My name is Hunter Williams. I am a 48 year old husband to a fantastic wife and father of three amazing kids. I've been in the Computer/Consulting profession for 25 plus years.
I played Football, Baseball then Track, and Wrestled in High School. My first adult decision was to go to college for an education and not to play Football. Instead I wrestled my freshman year, then I just drank beer.

I got into bodybuilding one summer, going for the burn as well as getting some pretty decent maxes in the Bench, 350, Squats, 475, however, I returned to Fraternity and the lifting took a way back seat.
After college I would lift and run periodically, I did run in a half-marathon. But I remember one of my first vows out of college was if I ever get over 185, I will run until I'm back down to 185. Oh well!
However, the summer I turned 30 (it hit me pretty hard), I got down to 170 pounds. That was 6 pounds less than my Senior year in HS. I did it lifting, running, and riding a Schwin Areodyn bike with the arm rowing levers. I'd get on that baby for an hour at a time. Very much worth it, I was lean and cut to the max.
Ever since, with being married and a job and bills and kids always would hit a point where I couldn't stand it and start the running and to a lesser extent lifting until I got down to a respectable weight, 190, 195. How time changes us aye?
Every New Years the goal for the summer was the same. To be so cut on the beach, that I'd shred the book I was reading if I placed it on my abs.
Well this is the year! P90X... I vill crush you like little baby grape!
